Domestic Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days

International Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 on all international orders. Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 5 - 10 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ITSKINS is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Warranty:
All ITSKINS products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime warranty is honoured for all ITSKINS products that have been purchased directly from us or through our Authorized Retailers. Finally, a heavy-duty case that doesn’t look ugly! I love the frosted matte look, and the textured sides give great grip. The buttons are super clicky and responsive, which is something a lot of cases get wrong. Also, the drop protection is legit—I’ve dropped my phone on concrete, and it survived without a scratch!

The port covers are a game changer! I used to get so much lint and dust stuck in my charging port, and it would mess up my cable connection. This case completely solves that problem. The MagSafe compatibility is also flawless—I have a MagSafe car mount, and this holds on so much better than my last case.
