Domestic Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days

International Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 on all international orders. Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 5 - 10 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ITSKINS is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Warranty:
All ITSKINS products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime warranty is honoured for all ITSKINS products that have been purchased directly from us or through our Authorized Retailers. 2 years later, still great!

Had since Dec 2023, case still in great shape after countless drops & most importantly, no damage whatsover to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is a ridiculously heavy phone.

The stand is simply essential imo for a heavy phone & still works reliably, the clear case is still perfectly clear & the material robust despite lots of drops, inside & outside (couple of very small scuffs is all), after 2 years! The case has proven so reliable at protection, I don't even worry about drops anymore. Works great with various lens covers & screen protectors too (i have both) for virtually 100% protection.

The minimalist design & raised corners are ideal for laying my phone screen-down on a flat surface. It's comfortable to hold/grip while still sliding easily into a pocket. The buttons are excellent, distinctive & tactile. If I had 1 improvement, maybe a bit of sandpaper texturing on the sides might add a bit of grip if/when your hands are wet but that's it after 2 years of daily use.

Simply an excellent case in every way, very satisfied 2 years later!
